Area Program

- Create detailed Area Programs including but not limited to areas of house special relationships and details, operational requirements, guest needs and experiences.
- Produce programs that meet the outlined requirements for all project stages to develop a complete project.
Building Planning
- Review planned spaces to ensure logical location sequence and size are seamlessly combined for efficient operational functionality and optimal guest experience.
- Maximize vital operational and support spaces required for functionality.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction in all aspect of their experience.
- Evaluate and assess design team documents to ensure facilities and amenities are successful prior to client review, which allows the design team to fulfill their obligations around a solid profitable timeline.
Space Planning
- Satisfy all building requirements
- Identify and examine each departments equipment and space needs.
- Capitalize on room schematics, including but not limited to millwork and equipment layout.
- Provide clients with a snapshot of latest industry trends and design efficiencies.
Technical Standards & Implementation
- Present clients with comparative cost analysis.
- Supply latest market standards, industry trends and design efficiencies.
- Review Construction Documents to ensure location, sequence and size of planned spaces are combined for efficient operational functionality and optimal guest experience.
